"U break, it We fix it" possibly. They fixed my wife's HP quickly. Don't know about Mac's though. Hope that helps.

Best Buy. I buy their Geek Service plan, and though it seems expensive, I think I get my money's worth. It covers all of my stuff. Appointments are necessary.

MACBOOKPRO. There is no connection between the keyboard and the screen. Only the on/off button works.I have a separate keyboard and mouse. A mac guy that cleaned out the programming referred me to an 'authorized', mac repair shop.
