Hey NE, how are you doing with that learning curve? Starting to like the Mac? How about the lack of viruses and screen-freezing? Or those multiple "Updates?" Do you miss that blue screen of Windows death yet?

The Safari learning curve is going slower than I anticipated. I'm used to Chrome The Mac is a beautiful machine. Only one update on the Mac so far.

Indeed.
OP, if one uses their Macbook on battery, Safari is more efficient in lower power usage, allowing the battery to last longer. Also, experts consider Chrome to be a memory hog when leaving many browser tabs open. That may not matter to you depending on your usage. |

You’ll have a much smoother experience with Chrome. Just download it and make it your default browser.

Since you’ve already received the answer I’ll just add that YouTube is your friend. It has videos that answer any question you might have, and even instruction videos for any Mac topic. Gary at macmost .com is also great for free short topical instruction videos, and even Mac classes. Have loved Macs since 2007. Enjoy!
