How much memory, do you have?

Is you computer able to expand it's memory capablities?

I would start with adding regular memory.

If that fails, maybe upgrading your video card memory.

Are you saying you are using a new computer (tower??). Give computer specs if you can. Windows xxx or Apple.
Can you down load other documents?

Cool

I think you need to tell us exactly "what" you are trying to do....

You could get fixes for the wrong problem otherwise....

If you're trying to get photo off a memory stick, that might be a different fix than downloading from the net.

Give us a little more info....

Does the computer have a memory card reader that accepts the memory stick (that's a pretty old technology)? If so, perhaps you need to reinstall the driver for the reader.

If the memory stick is in a device, like a camera (I think memory stick was a Sony device) you may need to find/reinstall the driver for the camera.

If you have a Mac, no problem, if you have a PC, spend more money with a local repair shop, and there are plenty.
