Do you remember how it was previously set up. You may need to set up the wireless connection.

You probably just need to set up a new wireless network and get all the devices on that network. |

Unless you're under manufacture's warranty, home printers are considered disposable. When they break - if you can't fix it yourself, just buy a new one. It takes less time, is more cost-efficient, and is less effort than paying for diagnosis or repair. |

Try uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it. The most likely cause is that it needs to be found on your new wifi network. The uninstall effectively unhooks it from your previous network - which is now out of reach (and probably non-existent). The install process normally finds your new network.

Assuming it's A wireless printer and assuming that you were able to set it up at your original location and you've tried to set it up at your new location and it doesn't work, the possible solution might be to turn off your VPN if you have it have one and then try to print.

I’d focus on the IP configuration differences between the last place the printer worked and the new place where it doesn’t. If someone programmed a static address like, 192.168.35.5, then the printer won’t work in a network with a schema like 192.168.1.0.

You probably just need to set up the new internet connection. Pretty simple to do on your own. The printer should walk you through the steps. Or look it up online. That's what we had to do when we moved.
