I have no problems with IE11 except for the way it processes ads. I think it gets tied up with the ad links. Thanks for the assistance. Z |

Admin,
15+ seconds to load this evening, and several seconds switching between PM and home pages.

I wonder if the browser is looking at old files before loading the new files?
for more click here Delete Browsing History Dialog Box. The temporary Internet files in Internet Explorer 11, sometimes called the cache, are the copies of text, images, and other data from recently viewed websites that are stored on your hard drive. As far as troubleshooting a problem goes, deleting temporary Internet files is helpful when a web page won't load but you're pretty confident that the site works for others. Deleting the temporary Internet files in Internet Explorer is safe and won't remove other things like cookies, passwords, etc.. Follow the easy steps below to clear the cache in Internet Explorer 11: Difficulty: Easy Time Required: Deleting temporary Internet files in Internet Explorer usually takes less than a minute Here's How: Open Internet Explorer 11. On the very right-hand side of the browser, click on the gear icon, also called the Tools icon, followed by Safety, and finally Delete browsing history... Note: If you have the Menu bar enabled, you can instead click Tools and then Delete browsing history.... In the Delete Browsing History window that appears, uncheck all options except the one labeled Temporary Internet files and website files. Click the Delete button. The Delete Browsing History window will disappear and you may notice your mouse icon go busy for a few moments. As soon as your cursor returns to normal, or you notice the "fished deleting" message at the bottom of the screen, consider your temporary Internet files deleted. Tips: Older Internet Explorer versions, like IE10, IE9, and IE8, have similar procedures for clearing the cache but please try to run the latest version of IE if you can. Check out the Web Browsers site for more about Internet Explorer 11, as well as other browsers like Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. |

That is Internet Basics 101. That does not help. Sometimes, switching to FireFox does not do any better. That usually tells me that it is the site. I kind of wished I had stayed on IE10 just to get IE11 out of the equation. Z |

Mr. Moderator
For the last 3 days I have had extremely slow or complete non-completion of loading the webpage. Using IE11 the little circle in the tab just keeps on spinning. No problem with Chrome. Today, I failed with IE11 again so I opened an "in private" tab. This loaded instantly but of course to a slightly different page as I needed to enter my login info. So whatever the differences between those approaches may give a clue Update: the above was entered using the in-private tab. When I closed it, the still open regular IE 11 tab now had me on this thread. However the web address still showed the index page and the little tab was still running. A click on the page itself resulted in a "long running script" popup, then when I said to stop the long running script, a "webpage is not responding message", which then leads to an automatic reload and it works well. Interestingly clicking on the page prior to all the above had not resulted in a long running script message. Update: In private did not work as a work around this time. I note when I finally get in after "recovering web page" reset, that the premium and sponsor banner adds are blank green boxes.

Blueash can you email us screen shots of what you are seeing along with your current browser information and we can investigate further as it is not a site wide issue.
