Portable Charger
I'm always behind the times technologically but I'm hoping someone will help me in my ignorance. We have a small guest bedroom without an accessible outlet other than behind the bed. What can I provide on the bedside table that would allow guests to charge their cell phones and/or iPads? We could use a power strip on the floor to provide power to the charging station but hate to ask guests to crawl under the bed to access it for their phones, etc. Thanks

You could mount the power strip on the wall or the furniture, just below the top of the furniture, kinda out of sight, but easy access for your guests. Most hardware stores will have right angle brackets (1.5 by 1.5 inch) that should work for this.
Hope this helps.

You could use something like this travel power strip. It has a 5 foot cord and can just sit on a bedside table.

I bought a power strip that also has USB plugs / receptacles. Best prices and selection at Wal-Mart.
