I hope someone can help with this issue. I have a family that I am helping who live literally one block from the Villages. They have Century Link internet (and cable and telephone).
The internet service is very slow and weak. Numerous service people have come to deal with it and say that is the best they can do.

Is this possible? They have a daughter taking college courses online and she is struggling to use her computer for the course work.

Any advice would be appreciated.
