Default IPAD Mini Email Freezeup

My wife has an IPAD mini that she uses with WIFI here at the house and at Hotels when we travel. This weekend we went to a Courtyard hotel in St Aug with a strong WIFI signal. All was well for awhile, but suddenly she got a message "Cannot send email". Could still access the web. This happened once before and someone said "to reset" (press the start button and the button on the right face at the same time) and that cured the problem.

She did this at the hotel and it seemed to work. However, it just happened again here at home.

Anybody know what this is all about?

When your device freezes or is jut funky, reboot it. Don't reset it.
Hole the top right button down until you see the turn off signal, turn it off, wait about a minute and hold the same top right button (the on/off button) until you see the apple logo.
Reboot once a week whether you need it or not. Fixes many potential problems.
Many possible reasons for why the email may not be sent. Settle for rebooting the device and solve whatever reason may have caused it.
