Recently had to use recovery disc for harddrive. Now trying to download MP-3 Music from Skydrive but obviously don't know how. Can anyone help?

Also, very difficult to download Excel files but finally made it. I do not recommend SkyDrive because if you have to recover files it is a difficult task unless there is a magic way.
