Default Try this

If you are using Outlook to access you Hotmail account, it s possible the they have asked you to change your password. They do this periodically for your protection

Login to your hotmail account from the web browser.
See if your password is working or if there is a notice.

Cool

Before you do anything, REBOOT.

If that doesn't work, Google is your best friend! ....starting searching for your problem and I'm sure you'll find a solution.

Any symptoms or messages or will it just not do anything?

Default MS Office Forum

If you are still having the problem, you can try the MS Office Forum. They have helped me before.

First you can search for answers to your problem and see if any solutions fit. If none seem to help, you can ask your own question and get someone to guide you through the solution.

Support for Microsoft Office Community Forums

I think you can do the query as a guest or a member. It is a free forum so there is no problem joining it.

One possibility is a bad add-on. One of the threads mentions how to start Outlook by itself so you can remove any add-ons.

Hope this helps.

PM me if you need any help and I can do some searches also.
