Default loose connectivity going to medco drug order site

When I place a prescription reorder on the secure web site for Medco it then goes to a process order page and I then loose connectivity. I have enabled cookies for this site, which is necessary. Many months ago I never had problems. Medco hasn't provided a solution. Any ideas?

have you reordered since medco was taken over by express scripts? maybe try to log-in to their site and see if your scripts were moved there?

from the express scripts website:
"Express Scripts and Medco are now one company.

Express Scripts and Medco have come together as one company. The new Express Scripts is committed to helping millions of Americans like you have access to affordable medications and the services you need to stay healthy.

The combined company is in the process of changing the name on all its communications to Express Scripts. Until the renaming process is complete, you'll sometimes see the Medco name in pharmacy communications and on the Web.

To continue providing you with the high-quality service you expect, we're proceeding carefully as we bring our two companies together.

Please continue to refill your prescriptions as you normally would by using your current prescription drug ID card, refill order forms, our website, or the toll-free member services telephone number on your ID card.

Medco is now a part of the Express Scripts family of pharmacies."

In my case that was a seamless process. No change was required on my end when Medco became Express Scripts.

Everything works fine. (I know that is not wnat you want to hear).

Sorry,

Works OK for us, both before and after the merger. Have you called tech support?
