Just wondering if anyone in The Villages has been able to use a web cam using dial-up. Will be in TV for 3 months but doesn't look like I will be able to get high speed on my laptop because we are renting but would like to stay in touch with our grandkids. Thanks to those who answered my internet questions on the computer site.

Using a web cam on a dial up will not give you the refresh rate you will need to be satisfied with the picture. I would go so far to say it just won’t work. The minimum would be a low speed DSL line.
