Default Will You Buy The "New" Ipad?

Wondered who might be planning to purchase the New Ipad (that's what they are calling it)? Impressive graphics and a few other things. But my Ipad2 does the job, so I don't know if it's worth it to have the latest toy. What's your take?

No. Trying to keep up with Apple is not possible. I have an iphone and an ipad that work just fine. Might look at the iphone 5 when it comes out if they drop the price. Played with Suri at the store and liked it, but not enough to get the 4S knowing the 5 is coming. I think there mission is to keep changing things so fast you can't ever figure out all the features.

No. We have thinking about our 1st venture into the iPad world but with the new one coming out at $629 I suspect the iPad2 price might come down a bit and the difference between the two has me more inclined to buy the iPad2.

Default I pad 3

I've been strictly a PC user since 1984 when the IBM AT was introduced.
Currently do not own any Apple products. My kids and kids-in-laws do have them.

So the answer is, wait for it. YES, but doubt if I'll get the 4G LTE version.
Will wait a month or so just in case there are issues...

I am obsessing on what to do. I have the 3G 64 Gbit IPAD 2 but I am a techno geek. I would only get it if I could sell the one I have for a good price! I may try!

I’m still using the original Ipad without any operating issues. I’ll probably hang on to it for a few more years before I upgrade to a newer version – I’d rather get a new set of Irons…

Well, I took the plunge.... put in a pre-order today on apple.com with delivery on 3/16. 32GB WiFi. Don't need the 4G.

I have the original iPad 1 and love it. Thought the iPad 2 was an incremental improvement, so, skipped it. The 3 will have lots of improvements over the original and I just like my techie toys. Mr 07 gets my hand me downs.

For the person who thought buying a cheaper 2 now is the way to go, I would suggest spending the extra $100 to get the 3. I believe the improvements are worth it. Much improved display, faster processor, improved camera.

Kudos to apple for maintaining the price structure and piling on new features each year.

This from someone who has owned personal computers since the late 70s (Radio Shack TRS-80), was always a Windows person, and bought my first Apple product with the iPad 1 18 months ago.

No, both my wife and I have the IPad 2 and there is no way we could justify the cost of upgrading to the new one.

Congrats!!!

For those who have an iphone4, I downloaded the app "Evi"....very much like Siri....but works with the iphone4.....

I'm thinking about the ipad3...since we moved here I am down to just one macbookpro....really need something else for e-mail, surfing, etc....hard to say...

It's nice and it's FAST! The clarity of the screen is amazing.

I will be getting one. With the new 5.1 operating system it will replace a laptop for most!

I wonder if BEST BUY will be over run? After the Christmas season those that bought the 2 with the buy it back plan will be wanting to return them for the 3
