I am also experiencing a nightmare with 10. My computer upgraded itself to Windows 10. Ever since I cannot even type an email. The computer just logs it off. Someone told me Aol is not compatible with Windows 10? I hired a professional and he hooked me up with safari and it still doesn't work. I need serious help with this as I am starting new club and must be able to email hundreds of members. Does anyone have a wonderful computer repair person to recommend??? I am beyond frustrated!! Want my old windows back

If it hasn't been 30 days since you installed w10, you can go back to your old system. I did it for a friend.

Just for balance...I downloaded 10 when it was first offered. I upgraded AOL at the same time, downloaded new drivers for my printer. I have zero isses and or problems with 10 since day one. I have a 64-bit machine and 16G of ram which gives 10 lots of room to play.

And if you are past 30 days and have restore points setup (as every computer SHOULD have but you need to do it)...you can always go back. Simply, a restore point will take anything back to a specific date(s). So, if you get a virus, spyware, install something goofy or end up with an OS you do not like - simply go back to yesterday, last week, last month or last year. |

aol not working with windows 10 it seems this is a known problem. I did not go over the various replies. Also, if you are using EDGE (bid blue e sysmbol) try using Internet Explorer, it should still be on your computer, as it was still on mine after the upgrade. Click on the windows symbol in the lower left corner of your computer screen. Then clicks on ALL APPS, scroll down to WINDOWS ACCESSORIES, then click on the down carat, and your should see Internet Explorer. RIGHT click on Internet Explorer and select pin to start, and you now have a shortcut to this. Hope this helps.
