Sorry I am not in TV at present but what problems are you having updating Windows? What error message or any message are you receiving? It may be just a simple fix.

The Villages Computer Club offers several options. I believe they meet bi-weekly. There's a link on their web site to a form they ask you to complete and bring to their meeting outlining your problem and your PC's hardware and software configuration. The Villages Computer Club On their website there's also a list of "computer professionals" offering their services. I'm sure others will come up with other commercial sources, including the Geek Squad. Good luck.

Tech Heads Scott 352-461-5164, he was $25.00 an hour and does make house calls.

Scott is the BEST. Made house call took my laptop over night and all is good. I was frozen when I tried to update windows
