We are extremely pleased with the verticals we purchased from 48 Hr. Blind Factory. The service was superb. Yes, Rick does talk fast but he gets the job done perfectly. I would highly recommend 48-Hr Blind. You will not be disappointed.

Is their turnaround time for orders 48 hours, as indicated by their name?

They measured on Monday and installed on Thursday. We were not available on Wednesday, so I don't know for sure.

My concern was not the turn around time of 48 hours ... but the quality of product and service.

I agree, Gary. We were very pleased with the product and service. To me they went above and beyond.

They installed some blinds for a client with the assistance of the TV agent. When I started checking the house, I noticed two small stains on the verticals. I probably could have removed the stains with some stain remover but called the office to have them cleaned. They were out the next day with new slats. No muss, no fuss, no issues!

To me, the willingness to properly rectify a problem says more about a company than a perfect installation. 48-Hour Blinds has my vote and I happily recommend them to anyone who asks.

We also used 48 Hr Blinds and are thrilled. They are professional, do quality work, and are very reasonable. We will be moving from New Orleans in about two weeks and we closed last week. They helped us arrange everything over the phone and made sure to install our blinds while we were there for a few days for the closing. They did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for us. I found them through TOTV and am very grateful that this forum exists! Now if I can only find a contractor to customize some cabinets/shelving in the garage. My husband deserves the best garage we can design and I hope to find someone quickly so he will have it done immediately. I'm still searching on here but had to add my comment about 48 Hr Blinds.
