Default Expanding Driveway

We just bought our new home in Lake Deaton. We close on November 18th and we cannot wait! The first thing we'd like to do is widen the driveway to remove the curve to the golf cart garage and have a straight line to the street. Any recommendations for a contractor? Do we need to get permission to have this done?

Bogie Shooter, you beat me, IrmaJean, be sure you check with the Architectural Review Committee for your driveway. We were in the last group of custom houses, and I wanted to change the alignment of the house 5 degrees to get one more stretch, but was told this would change the alignment of the driveway and would not be allowed. Since I live on a curve, none of this would have been noticeable, but they would not budge. Good luck.
