We have purchased a refrig, washer & dryer from them. In all cases these items died and had company coming in and had to have them that day. We have been satisfied with the results.

We went there to purchase a refrigerator. Not happy with the selection. Went to Lowe's, got what I wanted with free delivery and they took the old one away.

Bought dishwasher, washer & dryer from them.
I received $50/item ( I just asked for the discount) less than the price at Lowes or Home Depot.
All brand new out of the box, pleased with the installation and haul away.

We just bought a refrigerator from them yesterday. Needed biscuit/bisque and they were the only ones who had something in stock. Whirlpool was the brand recommended by Jim Risley so that's what we went with.

We bought the Whirlpool Duet Steam washer and dryer from them at a good price. No problems with them, but we did buy the extended warranty. They were easy to deal with.

Bought stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer from them 4 years ago - no problems with any of them. Happy with product, delivery and installation. Also, after I picked out the Maytag washer & dryer I wanted, the salesman mentioned that he had an identical washer in the "scratch & dent" section - it had a small dent (more like a dimple) on the side, couldn't be seen once installed. Saved me $100.
