Both Munn's and Chuck Farrell are very responsive. The circuit board in our 15-yr old air handler burned up recently. We decided to replace the air conditioner. Husband ultimately settled on the Chuck Farrell bid because it was a higher SEER than Munn's would supply, with a longer warranty.

Estimates from Munns and Sun Kool - same identical unit was quoted. Munns could not comes close to Sun Kool. Excellent install and happy with unit!
