Default Replacing a window with exterior door

We are looking for a contractor that has experience with replacing an existing window with a single exterior door in a block and stucco home here in The Villages.

We just contracted Kilcrease to replace our bathroom block window and a frosted window. (block and stucco house) They will begin on January 2. I will let you know how it works out. Most of the contractors we called did not want to bother with a job so small.

We will be in the same Contractor need in less than 2 months. Our home being built right now - TV would not put in an exterior door in the back either-in our FL Room, not enough roof overhang. We have a 36" window there now, and want to have that removed and a door put in its place. We're closing 2/5 and would want that work done shortly after.
Very interested in your satisfaction of your upcoming work - and tell Kilcrease if you're happy - they will have another customer quick. How much lead time for the work was required? Looking forward to your input after completion...
