Default Anyone having trouble getting return calls from Ron's Landscaping?

We're lining up some estimates to get landscaping, along with grass replaced by rocks, in the front and back yards of our new courtyard villa in Fenney.

Based on many positive reviews we've called Ron's Landscaping and left 3 messages over the last week, but we haven't received a response back.

Is this normal from Ron's? Anyone else having these issues?

I don't know them but would be hesitant to give business to anyone not returning calls.

Always got my calls returned promptly. No, not normal at all.

Thumbs up Value

They are definitely worth waiting for. We used them for a rather large project. They provided a good price, were on time, finished the job on time, always kept us aware of their progress and what they were going to do and came back few times to make sure the watering system was working right. They do take the month of August off

If I had a business and took a month off, I would leave a message telling callers about it. I don't know anything about this company, but I would already give them a poor rating.

Ron`s just finished my CYV which was a total " redo " project .
He did mention that they would be " shutting down " for a couple of weeks to give the employees a break and also to have any equipment repairs fully taken care of .
I used them a year ago about this time off year just after they returned from their late summer shut-down for a home that I was preparing to sell .
The work for both of my projects was exceptional and I would consider waiting for their return to action before ruling them out .
Best wishes for your project .

Thanks everyone for the info. At least that explains things. He gets such good reviews we'll contact him after Sept. 1. But you would think he would change his phone message and web site to let everyone know he closes down for August. Maybe he doesn't need the work.

I agree there should be a message with an announcement when he will return. Somebody messed up - - likely an oversight.

I've had Ron do landscaping for me and am having him do some for me in October. I have recommended him to my neighbors and they have been very satisfied with his work. My calls always returned within a day or so.
