Smile To Anyone Looking For Exterior House Painters

I don't normally post on Talk of The Villages but I felt as though I had to give a shout out for Investment Painting Contractors. It has been a true pleasure dealing with Chris Gibbs the owner of this company and all of the people he employs. My wife and I had seen their vans on our street painting our neighbors home. After finishing that home I asked Larry, our neighbor, about whether he was happy with the work they had done. He said he was extremely happy. I called Chris, the owner, and asked if he could provide me with an estimate. He provided me with a time he would be over (within 24 hours) and showed up the following day right on time. We discussed how his crew prepped the house which was power wash as well as chalk and seal any major cracks in the stucco. I asked about minor cracks and he told about the product he uses to paint the house, Loxon Self-Cleaning Acrylic Coating, by Sherwin Williams. It is a professional grade product used specifically for stucco/cement that coats and seals (fills small cracks) the exterior of your home. They used both rollers and brushes to apply the Loxon (not spray paint due to the viscosity of the product). Power washing was done and within 2 -3 days later the IPC crew showed up on time, were extremely courteous, and went to work. They started at 8:00 AM and were done by 5:00 PM. We live on a cull-du-sac of 11 designer homes. Within the last 2 months IPC has done 8 of the 11 home on our street and each one of us share the same opinion, "Excellent work IPC!"

Hope to get them for some cabinet painting if things ever clear up. They get good reviews.

I will call them for an estimate. I no longer will use Trimworks even though they do good work. For the past several months, they are not returning phone calls, text messages or emails. They are no longer reliable to deal with.
