Default Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning

Just had Atlas out to my house to put in a drip pan under my air handler that should have been 2 years ago when my house was built. They failed to return a phone call and were 2 hours late after I had to call them twice this morning. And when they showed up it really would have been a slock job had I not been watching them and refused to let them do it the way they wanted to short cut the job. Never again! They don't deserve my business

Why did you need a drip pan under you air handler? Was the unit leaking? Is your air handler located in your attic?
