Now that S&S Enterprise is no longer in business, any recommendations for another company that installs attic stairs?

Wow, sorry to hear that they are out of business. I had them put in attic stairs in the spring and they did a great job for me.

I was about to contract them for painting and received a call yesterday from Keith. He said they were all called into the office and the owners told them they were closing shop and taking their good name with them. They didn't want to sell the business. The owners have family up north, missed them so decided to move.

Well, I am really sorry to hear that.

We had them install our attic stairs and power wash our house.
Their service was prompt, the job well done and the price fair.

You might consider changing the topic title to something like "S&S Enterprise" no longer in business." I'm certain many will be disappointed. We had planned to hire them to do several things for us after we returned to TV next week.

I spoke with Keith today, we have used S&S for many jobs over the years and I couldnt believe this when I heard it. It is true, however keith who is the guy who has run the business the entire time weve used them is still going to be doing jobs on his own. his # is 714-873-3749...He did our attic stairs,painting,and epoxy on our garage floor...so if you need any of these services he will still be avialable. Thank God.....

$270.51 Just had it done by S&S in May. Were there about 35 minutes. Cleaned up mess & I disposed of leftovers at curb. Refuse company picked old frame up the following day.

Highly recommend them.

Thanks for the info. I will be getting a couple of quotes soon.

Our movers will be delivering our "stuff" Tuesday ( 10 days late) and I know we will need the extra space.

I just had a number of small carpentry jobs done by Miller's home Services (aka Tim, The Tool Man). One of the jobs was attic stairs. I recommend him highly. Call 352-217-0561.

There is a man named Alan Walcher, who not only installs attic stairs, he repairs and installs everything, ceiling fans, tile, laminate flooring, pavers, paints , he does it all. Very honest and very reasonable. Has done much work for me and many others I know. Everyone has been very pleased. His number is 352-342-6846.

Thanks you so much for this referral. We had attic stairs installed by Tim Miller today, and my husband was extremely pleased with his work. (I am still in NY). The laundry room is next.
