Default Insurance questions

We are from Buffalo, NY and and were wondering who is suggested from the community for home insurance and golf cart insurance. We take ownership at the end of the month.

Homeowners is from the Insurance Agencies in the Villages. They write for a number of companies; ours is currently American Integrity. Used to have the golf cart insurance through the Villages Insurance Agency also but the rate went up close to double after the first year with no claims having been made. Changed to AAA who wrote the cart insurance with Progressive (Flo). Great rate, great coverage, rate has been stable.

But you'll hear lots of companies suggested.

If you have USAA, which is a great company, be ready. They no longer write home insurance for new Florida residents unless you are stationed to the state on official government orders. They will still do vehicles (mine is) but they don't really understand golf carts.

Next. . .
