We never really moved into our three bdrm home in TV, but spent about 20 nights. Now, it is sold. It was spotless when we bought it. I would like to hire someone to go over the house after the movers have come later this month and before our closing. Does anyone have an idea who would do only a one time cleaning for us so the new owners will have as clean a home to move into as we did?

We do plan on buying another place in TV, and at that time I will want someone on a regular schedule, but this time, only once.

I'm presently in MA and due to drive down tomorrow and arrive in TV on Monday, weather permitting. I called Susan yesterday and she, with short notice, has agreed to cleaning my home in TV today on such short notice. She has a great staff of cleaners and runs a tight ship. She's licensed and her trained staff is very professional.

Told Susan about your needs and she said that she would be pleased to accommodate your situation.

Thanks for all the replies. Before I could call anyone, our house sale fell through. The buyer of our buyer's house could not get financing.

Oh Pat, I do feel your pain. We have been trying to sell our home since early March of this year. During this time we have had three offers, two which fell through. The current deal seems to be going full steam ahead, though I'm a bit gun shy as far as getting too excited about the whole deal. Our buyers buyer is past the date where he won't be able to receive his earnest money if he decides to back out of the deal. That gives me a bit more comfort. At this point, I won't believe it until my actual move date happens.

Good luck and hopefully the people who want to buy your house will find a qualified buyer and come back.
