I need to give a shout out to Creative Concierge for their way over the top, good service on December 30th. My flight from Hartford, CT was supposed to get in at 8:30pm and we were in the middle of an ice storm. My flight didn't arrive until almost 3am! People who had booked with The Villages Airport Van or Workman Transportation were stranded, as neither of them run through the night.

My driver was waiting for me to call and was at the curb 5 minutes later. The communication the whole time was excellent and for only $10 more than Workman charges, totally worth it! We did bring home one of the stranded passengers who lives near me. Three cheers for Creative Concierge!
