Exclamation Tile Grout Sealer

From what I have read on the TOTV comments and advertisements, I see three companies that do tile grout sealing. [/I]Dirty Grout Be Gone, Alexander Tile and Marble and The Grout Guys. If you have used any of therse or others will you please offer your thoughts on their work? This is a little more expensive than I thought and we want to get done right the first time. Thank you!

I do not recommend tile sealing. If you do it within one year if installation, you void all warranties in the tile. Once done, you can only use water and vinegar to clean the grout. Plus, it needs to be redone about every three years. What I recommend is you get the grout stained to a darker, contrasting shade. It lasts much longer, looks nice and easier to maintain.
