I came back to The villages and A/C would work but only with thermostat in ON position. I could not get it to work in AUTO position.
I played with it, turning it on and off. Thought I needed to replace thermostat.
It is labelled RobertShaw and installed by Sunshine perhaps 7 years ago.
Batteries had been replaced so it was not that.
Anyone have any ideas since this happened last year too and not sure what causes it or why it suddenly began to work again.

If you have a dehumidistat you need to turn it down from the 60-70 where you had it during summer. Turn it to just on.
