I agree with Don Cunningham! Let me tell you about my customer service experience with Don-- I wanted to rent a 4-seater cart. I mentioned that my Mom was in her 90s. Their 4-seater front facing cart was already booked but a regular 4-seater was available. They gave us the regular 4-seater cart and exchanged it for the 4-seater front facing cart as soon as it became available. I call that customer service! I have my own cart now but I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Don again.
