My Wife and I just had Floor Masters do a tile job for us. It was a great experience from begining to end. Our sales rep was Chris.

Prior to getting Floor Master to do the job. We contacted another company a friend recomended. They came right out measured the job and said they would get back to us within 3 days and let us know if the tile was still available. A week and a half later when we called they did not know who we were, but would look into it. Never happened.

Called warrenty dept to find out who installed our origional floor. Talked to them and they said they would give us a price etc......... Never happened.

So give Floor Masters a try!
