Use Xcalibur Coating at your own peril!
We used them to coat our lanai, outside patio and walkways. The job was to take 3 days and now at day 10 we have to finish all the touch-up that this amateur crew caused. For any item they attempted to fix, they created 5 more flaws. Sam Allison did not follow the work and accused us of scratching and gouging the paint, even though it was caused by the pressure washer that was used to unsuccessfully get paint off the siding and our screens. We finally agreed to a $200 reduction in price so we could install new screen on the lanai and repaint numerous areas. After we paid Mr. Allison, he proceeded to threaten us and use the most foul language. We have never experienced such vile behavior from anyone, let alone a person in business. We have had numerous contractors (5) do jobs for us here in the Villages with with very good results. So BEWARE!!! We are sure there are many reputable coating contractors available. We only wish we would have found one.

He threatened us and I am not bowing to him but I was afraid he would hit my wife. He is a real case of trouble, nice at front and really explosive. The kind of guy who probably needs some lockup or whatever.
