Default Bird cage screen repair?

After 9 years there are some areas tha look like they could stand to be tightened up a bit. There are other areas where am small corner is coming loose.
What have you done? Who did you use to do the work?

I made the repairs myself after one of the sections let loose. If you are handy, you can buy the roller and the screen at any hardware store, Lowes, Ace, Home Depot.

Default Screen Repairs

I used Todd's Screen's Repair to repair my lanai screen. Todd Dobrzynski, the owner did a good job at a fair price. (352) 315-9517 He has an ad in the Daily Sun.

We've used Todd's Screen Repair to change the ends of our lanai screening to the privacy screen. Very reasonable price, excellent job, and really nice people to deal with.

Just had Todd's Screen Repairs do our screen door repair (352-315-9517). Very pleased with his work; he showed up on time and was done in minutes. For future reference, he told me that they do install an item on the inside of the lanai doors so if the dog tries and goes through it again (catching rabbits), she won't make a mess of the screen again.

We used Todd's screen repair to to re-screen the entire 14 year old bird cage.
We also had them replace all the rusted screws since every time I looked up I imagined they were ready to fail.
They did a great job and I'm sorry that they only do screens.

We used T&D to do a total screen replacement on our 7 year old cage this spring. The sun does a job on the screens and if they are old, trying to restretched may result in rips.

I will never use T&D for anything again. After building a large pool and birdcage with columns, they did not leave a touch up pint for the deck. When I called them for one, they told me to go to Color Wheel. What a lackluster response.

After an expensive project like you described, they've lost your business because they didn't supply you with a small can of touch up paint even though they told you where you could pick some up? Wow!

So I went to Color Wheel. Here's the scoop. The owners of Color Wheel were friends with the Morses but sold Color Wheel to Comex five years ago with a non compete clause. Five years were up and they opened Sun Color this year and now all houses, pools, etc. are being painted with Sun Color. Our house was finished just before the transition to Sun Color was occurring. So, I guess it is too much trouble for them to put themselves out and get me a pint. Color Wheel is no longer used by any of the builders or T&D for the houses south of Fernandina and some of Fernandina is also painted with Sun Color.

When I got to Color Wheel to get the pint, they told me they only sell it by the gallon. After listening to me on the phone with T&D, they took pity on me and made up a pint for me. They were so very nice and I feel badly they just got ditched.
