Kind of interesting advertising.

It really looks more like a Leggs ad.

The guy in the ad is Mark Dyer former villages sales rep. He was mine last year when I bought. He started his own company in March. They sell TV property (preowned) He's a great guy and I would highly recommend him. very honest and works with you no matter how long it takes.

After seeing the remarks here I read the ad, didn't inspire me to consider him as an agent.

I don't see the advertisement you guys are talking about. I met Mark Dyer because he was the agent representing a woman who bought a house we sold in September. He was very professional and extremely nice and seemed very honest.

We had an agent representing us for the sale of the property who brought Mark and other agents to our home for an open house. Mark said he had a client who he knew would be the perfect fit for the house we were selling. He was right and it worked out good for all of us. I hope he has a fit for the house we are selling now!
