Default Blinds 4 Less Contractor - anyone used them?

Looking for comments on Blinds 4 Less off of 441. Or do you know of a good place to go for blinds/shades, etc and installation??

Default 48 hour

I think most of us use 48 Hour blinds! Rick does an amazing job! I've got his blinds and shutters!!! LOVE them!

Comes highly recommended on TOTV!

We used Blinds4Less recently to replace all of our original aluminum blinds with 2" faux wood, and we were very satisfied with them. Based on many favorable comments on TOTV, we wanted to use 48 Hour Blinds but Rick never returned our calls. You can't go wrong with either Blinds4Less or 48 Hour Blinds.

Default 48 Hour Blinds

We had 48 Hour Blinds do our whole house in plantation shutters and are very satisfied. Rick and his crew are great to deal with...very honest.
In fact, we had to call him today as a golf ball broke one of our windows. The window replacement person asked if the frame of the shutter could be removed for easier installation of the replacement window. I called Rick...left a message once...then called right back just in case and Rick answered. He arranged a time when the window person could be there and sent someone to accommodate us....a matter of 3 hours. When they arrived all was taken care of with in minutes. Rick did not charge us anything for this service. 48 Hour Blinds (Rick) is easy to talk to and very accommodating. (352) 330-7310

Note how some folks will sing praises, others will pan!

I used Blinds For Le$$ some six or more years ago for a custom-made roll-down blind on the western exposure of my lanai. Quick, reasonable and perfect.

'Course, things may have changed since then!

Default 48 Hr. Blinds

For us, Rick from 48 hr. Blinds is terrible.

I was ready to give up on him since he never returned any of my calls from December but some of you convinced me to give him another try so I started calling him again on pretty much a daily basis. Still no call-backs.

Frustrated, I actually went to the Pink House and on my second visit I trapped someone in there (I think it was his wife). Yes, I did get into the Pink House. He finally called back 2 days after that; I was stunned.

We made an appointment to meet at our house for the morning of February 7.

When any of you are able to reach Rick, will you please tell him we are still waiting a week later? It would be appreciated.

No Show, No Call, No Business.

PS - We have met with Blinds 4 Less and are considering them along with Window Reflections of Wildwood.

I called 48 Hour Blinds three times without any return phone calls. Have since moved on to Blinds 4 Less. Met with the owner... very nice woman. We will be visiting their store this week to pick up some color samples and see the different styles available.

We used Rick.48 hrs. Blinds. Called him, met with him two days later at the house and in two weeks all of our windows and sliders were done. They did an excellent job,and will call him again for plantation shutters. He is a very busy man but is worth the wait.

Default 48 Hr Blinds - No response

Just because a contractor has received a couple of favorable comments from several people who tend to post quite a bit does not make that contractor reliable. I have tried to contact 48 Hour Blinds to get an estimate for lanai blinds without success. Phone calls are never picked up nor returned. A contractor who does not care about your job should no longer be considered for the work. I will shop elsewhere and my recommendation is to save your time and not even call 48 Hour Blinds. Use the competition and maybe he will wake up.

As mentioned earlier, we used Blinds4Less and were happy with the total experience. They came out on schedule and measured and returned two weeks later to remove the existing blinds and to hang the new ones. We therefore have no reservations about recommending them. They have a showroom behind Grandma's restaurant in Lady Lake but the owner's wife who came out to measure also had a trunk full of samples and color choices.

Default Blinds 4 Less

We have used Blinds 4 Less several times and have been very happy with the owners - Brenda & Steve - and with their products. I feel it's good value for the money and they have always been very accommodating. We are happy to recommend them.
