Just enclosed the lanai. Any recommendations on who to use for custom blinds for it? Thanks

I wouldn't use 48 hr. Blinds if they were the last company on earth. Rick doesn't return phone calls, doesn't show up for appointments; not professional at all. BEWARE

We had a similar experience with Rick. And yet, most of the people on TOTV love the guy. It's been my experience that if someone doesn't return calls before you do business with them, they're less likely to do so afterwards. Fortunately he's not the only game in town.

Most people in my new village have used Rick at 48 hour blinds. I am so impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail and very fair price. He truly deserves all the good recommendations he gets.

we used 48 hour blinds, received great service, excellent workmanship, and rick is very personable. can't believe in the negative comments.
the realtor also recommended his company. everyone has good and bad with any company.

We had plantation shutters installed on all the windows by Rick at 48 hrs Blinds. Great guy, returned all my calls without problems. Quality workmanship, great installers as well. Would recommend him.

Believe the negative comments. Looking back on my appointment calendar, our meeting was set for February 7. It's now March 15 - no show, no call, no response to my calls. Perhaps he's lost and aimlessly driving around The Villages and his cellphone is dead.

I just think it's a bad business practice.

If anyone ever sees or talks to him or his wife (which I have done in the pink house), please ask him to check his appointment calendar for February 7 and why he didn't bother to show up at my home. Maybe he'll tell you since he won't call me back!
