We recently used Shutters, Blinds and Designs Inc to install blinds in our enclosed lanai. They have an office in Umatilla. There were 6 blinds to be installed. It took about 8 weeks to get the blinds. Then, one of them was too wide and had to be replaced. While installing the other blinds, they scratched the window film we had installed previously. Also, the last blind had some dirty spots that could not be removed. When the blind that was too big was returned, the 'fabric' was so different from the others that we had to ask to have it replaced again, and also to replace the blind with dirt marks. After another lengthy delay (weeks) they came with the two replacement blinds. Again, these are not matching up in color (different dye lots is the explanation) and also don't have same texture. We are now stuck with $1200 dollars worth of blinds that we don't like. I am writing this, since this group says they want to start working in the villages. Please be aware that the follow up is very poor.

I had to wait longer than promised for my sun shades as well. They ran out of the fabric I selected and it was being shipped on a slow boat from China (literally) It finally arrived and my blinds are in and I am happy. Just ordered another for and additional window in the same room (trying to do this with a budget) and have been assured the fabric will match. We'll see.

I had a very positive experience with Guy Murray from Shutter & Blind Pros, Inc., and he has my highest recommendation. He and his installer, Chuck, were professional and pleasant to work with. His price was competitive. Most of all, I have a quality product. He was proactive in that he stopped by while the house was being built and noticed the window in the master bathroom was too close to the mirror to accommodate the 3-inch frame shutter and ordered the one that would fit right away.
