I would like to build a Pergola on top of my 12x24 wood deck, is there someone out there to help me, i am not as strong as I was 10 years ago when i built the deck.

I am sure you know this...but be sure to check with and get approval from Architectural Review Committee.

Yes must get ARC approval, if over 200' ft a set of drawings are required & building permits

PS: I never use contractors, classic DIY'er
