Default Stone veneer flaking/crumbling off skirting

Hello, Does anyone know or recommend someone that can take a look at some stone veneer that is flaking/crumbling off the skirting of our home? Ive been having hard time finding a mason or handyman that can address this issue and an even more difficult time getting people to call back? Any assistance would be great. Thank you!

Is this something that was original when you purchased the house? If so, call Home Warranty and they'll tell you who did it so you can contact them. If it was stone veneer put on after original build contact who did it or the manufacturer of the product?

we purchased the house 2 years ago and the veneer was there so I am not sure if it is original to the house or was an after market addition by the person we purchased the home from...

I am not sure what the "skirting" is, I have only seen this term for the material between a mobile home and the ground. If this is the case, it may just be sue to slight movement between the home and the ground. If you actually have a stucco home and this is applied over the stucco, you may have a problem with the original installation. IMHO, you may get some better ideas or solutions if you can include a picture and some additional description.

Still, if you call Home Warranty, they will tell you if it was put on when the house was built, or not. If it was, you'll have a name to call. They keep those records forever.
