They may do a minor check of your system with the intent of selling you a very expensive wet filter. We had that experience once with a check being done. The 'technician' wanted to see our filter even when I told him I had just replaced it. That was a clue about what he was up to.

A friend who was an ac man said if it is working well, do not touch it. Anoother friend lived in a home in Florida and did not touch his ac unit for 17 years and it was working fine when he sold the house. We change our filter on a regular basis, nothing else will be done unless we have a problem.

Stay away from All American Air. I was dumb enough to get ripped off by them big time! I later (shoulda been sooner) Googled them. Bad reputation!! Numerous complaints with BBB also. Expensive lesson.

I use service experts in my home..I have them clean the AH and the AC 1-2x a year around $100 i think. and it helps keep my electric bill down..352-629-9534..
