While my cars are under warranty I go to the dealer or routine servicing. Some manufactures (like Honda) are eager pin it on maintenance ma-practice to void any warranty (make sure you save your RECIEPTS in case anything happens to prove to the manufacture you had it serviced).

Why take chance. Not under warranty I would probably still take Foreign Car to dealership for service (you say it's made in USA, but the manufacture is Foreign and their policies or procedures apply).

No Matter where I take it I still Check their work before I leave the business Especially for overfilling. Even though they may be honest simple mistakes can still happen.

Took my car to Blvd Tire in Fruitland Park for a "free" tire Rotation with Oil Change. Turns out after almost 2 hours they came and told me that my 2009 Buick needed $350 worth of work and that "unless" I got it done they would not recommend it for driving. I told them "No" I just want the "free" tire rotation with oil change and 30 minutes "later" ..... now 2 1/2 hours....I finally got the car back MINUS TIRE ROTATION! 26,000 miles later it's still running great!
Don't take it there unless your ready to get ripped!

I just had my oil filter changed on my Honda Accord. I won't use Tires Choice either after nearly being ripped off. The FL atty. general ought to shut them down and throw them in jail for scamming people.

Anyway the past two times I needed service on my Honda, I went to a young man named Michael who had been recommended to me by friends. Michael is located about 2 miles east of Colony Plaza 1/2 block off of CR466A. Michael's, 307 N. Villa Ave., Fruitland Park. 352-365-2955. Reasonable prices and so darn honest. I absolutely trust him.

Giving a shout-out to our auto mechanic, Jeff Grover, owner-manager of Tire Round-Up of Lady Lake, Inc. This is a private shop, not part of a chain. Jeff and his crew do wonderful work, they're reasonably priced and very honest. If it's a job they don't do, he'll recommend someone who does, and the shops he recommends are also good, honest and reasonable. Tire Round-Up is located at 217 S. Hwy 27/441 in Lady Lake. Phone is 352-753-7400.

I have used Michaels Auto Repair in Fruitland Park for all my work since we moved here last year, and have been very pleased.
