that probably means your warranty will not be good. Better renegotiate your contract with the new business owner. This has happened when Window World changed ownership.

Have you paid deposits? Would you want the new owner to complete the job or would you rather get out of the contract and be put into your original condition?

SUGGESTIONS-there is a legal talk show on 96.5 FM. You might want to call in and ask your questions. You can also call the Florida bar association and they will supply names of attorneys that could handle this for you. You might wish to meet with the new owner and see if you would hire him to do your job. You may well find that the original owner as part of the sale of the business is still running it.
