I have a 7 year old villa. For the first few years I had the company who installed our air conditioner perform annual maintenance. Each year I was told all was well and that the freon level was fine. On hot afternoons the a/c would not hold at 78 -- they assured me this was normal. This week, Chuck serviced my air conditioner, added 2.5 pounds of freon and what a difference. Thanks, Chuck for taking the time to really perform an annual check. Job well done!k

If Chuck added 2 1/2 lbs. of freon did he offer to check why you had a leak ?

We have used Chuck twice - annual service (special rates in February!) and to fix a problem (came within two hours) - highly recommended, too

i have his number taped on my air conditioner! recently had water coming out of ac and all i had to do was pour a cup of bleach in the pipe and turn it off for a while...worked fine! i guess it had algae buildup.

A/C went out the day before Memorial Day. Call Chuck Sunday night, and serviceman was here on Memorial Day. Charged a reasonable fee, too!!!!
