Default Chuck Farrell rocks!

I know there have been several post about Chuck lately, but I just have to add a new one. Had renters call that the ac wasn't keeping house cool enough on Sunday. As Chuck was on his way to the house on Monday, renters called and said never mind, all was well. Called Chuck and he proceeded on to his next job with nary a complaint. On Tuesday afternoon, the renters called again, saying the ac was doing the same stuff again. Called Chuck again. He was booked solid for Wednesday (ac was working, just not cooling things as well as it should), but would take care of it Thursday.

This morning, Mike came and checked out everything although he knew what the problem was immediately-- the renters had turned the dehumidistat to 35 rather than leaving it in the on position. When I asked what the charge would be, he said nothing since this was a brand new unit.

It is service like this that makes me so very glad I found Chuck and his crew.

Mike just left here, our A/C went out last night. He said it needed a new capaciter and since our Carrier unit was only 4 years old the part was covered by the warranty. We only paid for the visit and labor, $85.

We found out don't call the number on Angie's List and a few other sites, call Chuck Farrell's Air Cond at 352-787-9497.

Off subject: where were you raised? My WVa family use the not "nary" term.

Literally raised around the world but my mother was a German aristocrat and my father a Kentucky hillbilly. English was my fifth language. I picked up phrases from various parts of the country. So, who knows where nary came from. And, yes, I pretty much speak like I write. And I still love Chuck!

Does Chuck work on gas water heaters?

Chuck Farrell is honest and works on holidays. I can't say enough that he came out on Memorial Day to fix my A/C. Mike is da man!!!

Another is Jim Baumgartner for sprinkler repairs. These two service people are the best!!!!
