Chuck Farrell Shout Out!!!
I wanted to commend and recommend Chuck Farrel for any A/C problems you may have. Their level of service is excellent and they are knowledgeable.
A/C quit on 5/24/14 and called Chuck Farrell on 5/25/14. They worked on Memorial Day, (5/26), which I thought was impressive. Repaired my problem, and made recommendations, as to how to keep the A/C in good working order. They also checked my system for pressure and informed me of the A/C's condition going forward. I have received unsolicited calls from A/C vendors, that were trying to upsell me, with a low rate introductory service offer. No upselling with Chuck Farrell, and he charged, a reasonable fee. A good experience overall and I am impressed wit their customer service skills. Honest, reliable and they kept me well informed of their arrival time with several calls. I agree. Good service and responsive. Biggest problem I had was getting the amount I owed him.

Love Chuck and Mike. Had a handyman install a thermostat but was done incorrectly. Mike (works for Chuck)came out on a Sunday evening and fixed the problem for a whopping $65.00. Two days later, same house, AC not working. Mike came out at 8:00 pm. Turns out landscapers had cut the power line. Again, only charged $65.00 -- Chuck's service fee.

After 2 other AC company's recommended a NEW unit from $5200.00 and up on a designer owned by a friend... Chuck Ferrall came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC for $135.00...
Will be using him in the future for any personal AC needs!!!
