I can tell you who the best is, it's Car Guys in Lady Lake. My car had a rear end collision back in April, the other driver's insurance was Travelers. When the appraiser came to my home and gave me an estimate, I asked him who they recommend, he said Car Guys.

I called Car Guys to set up an appointment. They said what is the claim number on your appraisal. They were tied into the Travelers website and saw my estimate immediately. This was a Monday. They said, bring the car in tomorrow and we'll have it ready on Thursday. I said, you can get Hyundai parts in one day, they said yes.

I took it in, the next day and they called later and said our techs found more damage to your trunk that the appraiser missed. I said, what do I do now, they said nothing. We already called Travelers and the appraiser was just here, they changed the appraisal from $1200 to $2400.

The car was repaired perfectly, there was a couple of more days added due to the extra damage. When I walked into the place the very first time and identified myself, they were already on the phone with Enterprise and by the time I had finished the paperwork, Enterprise was there to pick me up and take me to LSL to get a rental car. They have five locations, the man who owns the company had several locations in the Tampa Bay area for 20 years and sold them for millions and then opened these five here. He believes in a well-run operation and I never had to pay a penny since it was the other driver's fault.
