If you are in the market for customized closets, I recommend getting a design and bid from David Fackelman, the owner of Specialized Storage Solutions. His number is 352.383.7058. I always get three competing bids / designs for major jobs to see what people come up with after I’ve outlined my general requirements.

David is a “one man show” which means he designs, costs and builds the closet. His price is thus competitive given the lack of overhead, plus he’s very flexible. More importantly, to me at least, he actually listened to “what” I wanted and then helped me evolve my design for the better.

In addition, he builds his closets on the concrete pad / floor vs hanging them on the studs as some others do. He also built ours to spec so that, after the closet was completed, we then had hardwood laminate installed in the closet and it all fit perfectly.
