Default Help with posting

I have asked for help finding a place to buy and have a ball drilled for me and Patti. Twice I have asked, verified that it is posted, then come back in an hour or so only to find it gone. Is it agaist the rules to ask about bowling balls.

Lou

I have heard something in the news about a moratorium on drilling, but to my knowledge it does not include bowling balls....

Talk Host must know, if he does not pick this up, drop him a PM.

Default Hint

Your question is a lot like the question, who is buried in Grants tomb?

The next time you are in a bowling alley be conscious of your surroundings. (Hint)

What????? My question is clear. IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH POSTING ABOUT BOWLING BALL ISSUES?

I know I can ask at a bowling alley where the best place to go is, but it is not likely they would send me somewhere else. gggeeeeezzzzzz.

I saw your post and someone did answer it.

If you do not find your post when using the New Posts way, go to the forum you used to place the post and see if it is there.

Unfortunately I cannot find your post anywhere either. I even tried Search

My last suggestion would be to click on Quick Links and Subscribed Threads to see if it is there.

Otherwise send a note to Tony and ask him where it went.

Lou Card, I noticed the change in the posts too but have no idea what happened. Anyway, most bowling alleys have a pro shop where you can purchase bowling equipment including bowling balls. They custom fit the ball at the pro shop there in the bowling alley shop.

Dear Lou.

Sometimes Tony removes my posts too. Usually there is a reason. I don't always agree with it, but it is their forum. Right or wrong, they're the boss.

I can't imagine why talking about holes in bowling balls would be a problem.

Kindest wishes,

Gracie

Default The Mystery of the Missing Bowling Ball Posts

Hmmmm, it seems like someone dropped the ball.

I can't image why Tony or TH would "spare" us from a post about where to buy a bowling ball.

Maybe it was a "strike" from their other brother, Darrell.

The place I found is RSW Pro Shop Inc. PHONE: 352-674-9361. They seem to have their ducks all in a row. The owner is out in Las Vegas right now boning up on the latest equip etc. We spent some time out there and the Wife of the owner showed us what they do and how they do it etc. We will be buying our balls etc. from him when he returns next week. I tried the shops at the allies on The Villages, but neither one of them was even open.

I had the same problem when I posted an item the other day. I say it listed but when I went back the next day I could not find it. I also did a search and looked and looked to no avail. I blew it off as being a newbie and still learning how to post on this forum

I answered your post, also. I, too, suggested the Spanish Springs Bowl pro shop. I'll have to look and see if my post is still there. Curious!

That is two that said the Spanish Springs pro shop. I did not see either of them. I did catch one for RSW Pro Shop before the delete. I found it in the yellow pages, went out there and was happy when I left. I hope its not someone mad at the Villages Pro Shops.
