I'm the first to find fault with Comcast, but I have to say I think they are trying to improve customer service. Last night's lightning caused my internet to go out. I called and got someone definitely in India. However, he was so nice and so friendly and did his best to help me. It was only after exhausting all he could do and was about to set up a tech visit, did he receive the notice that the problem was an outage in my area and told me the expected resolve time. However, he also looked at an upcoming order I have with them and removed a monthly box charge! I have to give credit where credit is due....it was a very positive experience.

I also had a good experience with Comcast yesterday. I received my bill,for next month and my cable monthly fee was raised. I,called and got someone from Michgan and he walked me through for a better package and lowered my bill back to about what is was paying for last time plus it is a two year contract. He was so helpful and I told him that I'm glad your customer service is getting better. He said they are trying to improve. He found a charge that I have been paying since is signed up for cable and said that he was sorry but he can only go back a few months to give me a credit. I explained to him that back in 2011 I spoke with a girl that didn't understand what I was talking about. I went into the store on 441 to give them proof and they took the charge off. Then the following year it was back on.again called got a person that didn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. She hung up on me. He then told me he would do everything on his power to go back and check my records and get a refund. Very happy. Finally someone who understands .
