Default Comcast services in TV

I am having so much trouble with Comcast and their billing practices! We bought our home here in TV last year, and it has been nothing but repeated phone calls to get our bills corrected. Today was the last straw! Anybody have a contact person with Comcast, and your opinions about Century Link please.
Thanks.

Smile Suggestion

We were warned this may happen when we cancelled Comcast TV and Phone so I wrote a letter specifically identifying that we had returned the equipement, and cancelled the service (By phone since local Customer Service Office said they were not allowed to cancel TV service contracts). I gave them the number on the receipts for the return of the equipment, etc. I had the letter Notarized at the bank and sent it to Comcast Hdq's in Philadelphia. I included the dates the equipment was returned and service cancelled. Also included return recieipt required. looks like it worked since I have not been billed for the equipment of service since the dates I provided. As an aside, we went to Direct TV and it is terrific.

Default comcast service in the villages

Comcast service we are very happy with, comcast customer service is the worst. I feel sick if I have to call them on anything because it is never easy. We have a charge on our bill today that should not be there and it will take months before they will finally take it off. Keep notes and take names when you talk to them. Good luck and your not alone.

I used it for the first time yesterday. It is much easier and faster compared to the phone.

We use Century Link for internet access. I have had to call tech support twice in 5 months and they addressed the issue immediately and seemed knowledgeable. No issues at all with billing. I am happy with their service.
